I find this post most helpful! Our initial numbers (M-spike, IgG) were almost identical! I just finished Cycle #3 which includes Velcade, Rev, Dex and Doxil. The first two cycles followed your exact trent of ~33% reduction in the M-spike and IgG. I will get my Cycle #3 results next Thursday and I really hope I can continue the trend on the way to zero M-protein, but looking at your number I now know it won't be a cakewalk.
